Fatal Shooting in Amritsar: One Killed, Several Injured in Late-Night Attack

According to initial information, the victim was allegedly taken from his home by a group of individuals on the pretext of resolving a dispute. His brother, Lakhbir Singh, stated that some people had taken his brother along, claiming they needed to settle a dispute. He added that the situation suddenly turned violent, resulting in the fatal shooting. The four others who were with him were also seriously injured in the attack. Following the incident, police reached the scene and initiated an investigation. Station House Officer (SHO) Balwinder Singh Aulakh confirmed that one person has died and the condition of the injured remains critical. He said the police are examining CCTV footage from nearby areas to identify the आरोपी.
