Court Grants Interim Relief to Sapna Choudhary in Domestic Violence Case
Haryanvi singer and dancer Sapna Choudhary has once again made headlines due to developments in her personal life. She has filed a petition under the Domestic Violence Act in the Dwarka Women’s Court in Delhi, alleging that she was subjected to repeated physical assault and mistreatment during her marriage. According to Sapna Choudhary, the situation had deteriorated to such an extent that she was compelled to leave her matrimonial home. She has sought legal protection through the court, citing incidents of abuse and harassment. During the preliminary hearing held on Tuesday, the court granted interim relief to Sapna Choudhary. The court directed Veer Sahu not to contact her, visit her residence or workplace, or harass her in any manner until the next hearing in the matter. As part of her petition, Sapna Choudhary has also submitted video recordings, audio clips, and other electronic evidence before the court to support her allegations. The next hearing in the case has been scheduled for July 25. Following the dispute, Sapna Choudhary has reportedly left her marital home and is currently residing at her parental residence in Najafgarh, Delhi.
