Punjab Speaker Reviews Basic Infrastructure Concerns in Village Kothe Theh

Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan on Tuesday interacted with residents of Village Kothe Theh, where he heard public grievances and held a detailed meeting regarding local development issues. During the meeting, villagers highlighted several concerns related to basic infrastructure, including problems with roads, water supply, electricity, and other essential services. Residents urged authorities to address these issues at the earliest to improve living conditions in the area. Responding to the concerns, Speaker Sandhwan assured the gathering that government schemes and development works would be implemented effectively. He emphasized the importance of ensuring that public welfare initiatives reach the grassroots level without delay. He also appealed to both the administration and local residents to work collectively in planning and executing development projects for the village. Sandhwan stressed that coordinated efforts between officials and the community are essential for sustainable progress. The meeting was attended by several local representatives and residents, including Gurpinder Singh Virk, Sarpanch Sharanjit Singh, Sarpanch Jaspal Singh, Nandeep Singh Fauji, Mander Singh Brar, Kewal Singh Brar, Sukhmander Singh Brar, Gurbhej Singh Dhillon, Jagsir Singh Bhullar, Sukhjinder Singh of Kothe Raja Jang, and Sarpanch Jagsir Singh from Kotkapura (Rural), along with a large number of villagers.
