Prime Minister Modi to Address Newly Recruited Candidates Through Video Conferencing Today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute appointment letters to more than 51,000 newly recruited youths today as part of the 19th edition of the Rozgar Mela. The event will be conducted through video conferencing and organized simultaneously at 47 locations across the country. The Rozgar Mela initiative is aimed at providing employment opportunities to young candidates in various government departments and organizations. According to official information, nearly 12 lakh appointment letters have already been distributed through the previous 18 editions of the employment fair. During the programme, Prime Minister Modi will virtually hand over appointment letters to newly recruited candidates joining different ministries and government institutions. He is also scheduled to address the gathering on the occasion. In a post related to the event, Prime Minister Modi said that the government remains firmly committed to the bright future and empowerment of the country’s youth. He stated that he would once again participate in a Rozgar Mela through video conferencing, where he would have the opportunity to distribute appointment letters to young candidates selected for various government departments. The 19th Rozgar Mela is being seen as part of the Centre’s ongoing efforts to strengthen employment generation and provide opportunities to young people across India.
