Swift Car Overturns on Amritsar-Jalandhar GT Road, Three Seriously Injured

A Swift car overturned near Adda Thothian on the Amritsar-Jalandhar GT Road on Monday morning, leaving three passengers seriously injured. According to reports, the car was travelling from Amritsar to Jalandhar at around 9:00 AM when the accident occurred. Sources say that a motorcyclist suddenly attempted to cross the road in front of the Swift car. In an effort to avoid hitting the motorcyclist, the car driver lost control, collided with the central divider, and overturned, eventually landing on the opposite side of the road. The three passengers in the car, including the driver and a young woman, sustained serious injuries. With the assistance of PCR staff and local residents, the injured were immediately taken to a private hospital in Amritsar for treatment. The Swift car was badly damaged in the accident, rendering it nearly unusable. Authorities have yet to comment on the exact cause of the crash, but eyewitnesses confirmed that the driver acted swiftly to avoid a collision with the motorcyclist, inadvertently causing the vehicle to overturn.
