Nayab Singh Saini, Tarun Chugh Among Leaders Present as Kewal Singh Dhillon Takes Charge

Newly appointed Punjab BJP President Kewal Singh Dhillon formally assumed office today at the party’s state headquarters in Sector 37, Chandigarh. The event was attended by several senior BJP leaders and political dignitaries. Among those present on the occasion were Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh, Rajya Sabha Member Satnam Singh Sandhu, former Punjab BJP Presidents Sunil Jakhar and Ashwani Sharma, along with a large number of BJP leaders and party workers. Kewal Singh Dhillon took charge after seeking blessings through religious rituals and traditions. The ceremony marked the beginning of his tenure as the head of the Punjab BJP unit. Addressing party leaders and workers, Dhillon said the BJP would work to ensure that the policies and initiatives of the Central Government reach every household across Punjab. He emphasized that the party would continue its efforts to expand and strengthen its organizational base in the state. He further stated that the BJP would remain committed to safeguarding the interests of Punjab and would actively work towards addressing issues concerning the state. Dhillon expressed confidence that the party would emerge stronger in Punjab in the coming years.
